Former EastEnders actor Riley Carter Millington has undergone a dramatic transformation, sharing his weight loss journey with his fans.
Posting a before-and-after snap over Twitter, the Mancunian star, who played Kyle Slater on the BBC One soap, proved his hard work has paid off.
Posing in his garden in the “after” photo, Riley showed off his muscles in a loose-fitting vest top and shorts.
In his caption, he wrote: “Don’t say you can’t change. Because you can. It can take time but you will get there.
“I’m still on my journey but loving me more each day. #happy #Loveyourself #weightlosstransformation.”

EastEnders fans flooded the comment section below with words of congratulations, praising Riley’s hard work and determination in transforming his lifestyle.
One highlighted his “incredible journey,” while another added: “What a transformation, you are such an inspiration.”

Joining the cast of the EastEnders back in 2015, Riley made history as the first transgender actor to play a trans character in a Brit soap opera.
Playing half-brother to Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), Kyle left Walford the following year to take a new job in Marseille, France.
Back in February, Riley gave another update about his lifestyle transformation, saying: “Muscle gain and definition is my next long term goal.

Riley kickstarted his weight loss journey three years ago, appearing on the three-part TLC series Celebrity Fat Fighter.
Taking part in a rigorous boot camp programme, Riley was joined by TV stars such as TOWIE ‘s Diags, Gogglebox ‘s Sandi Bogle, Brookside actress Jennifer Ellison and X Factor star Stevi Ritchie on the show.
Russian fitness coach Galia Grainger instructed the celebs to stick to a strict 400 calorie diet, taking part in gruelling workout regimes to get into shape.
