Jacqueline Jossa's time away from Dan gave her chance to 'reflect' on marriage

Jacqueline Jossa and Dan Osborne’s relationship is seemingly back on track after their marriage was rumoured to be on the rocks.

Speculation of trouble in their relationship was sparked after Jacqueline, 27, revealed on her Instagram page that she’d be moving back in with her parents as she “needed space”.

After spending some time away form her 28-year-old husband Dan, Jacqueline revealed that she’s moved back in with him and will be “going to and from” her parents house and their home.

Jacqueline having some time away helped her to “reflect” and gave her the much needed space to “clear her mind”, says expert Rebecca Lockwood.

Rebecca is an NLP Master Mindset Coach and NLP Trainer, who explained that Jacqueline and Dan spending time apart could help them to work through their relationship after they faced struggles during the coronavirus lockdown.

She told Daily Star Online exclusively: “Based on the lockdown and being with the whole family 24/7 this could have made Jacqueline feel as though she needs some time to think and reflect on their relationship, perhaps she wanted some space and some time to clear her mind.

“This could be a temporary situation for her to get help from the parents with the children.”

Rebecca added: “Spending time apart in relationships will always help with having time to reflect on what each others wants and needs are.”

The relationship expert also revealed that isolating at home with a loved one could bring up issues within the relationship, saying: “Lockdown will have made disruptions to everyone’s relationships in different ways.

“For some relationships this shed a light on how they are communicating and how they are relating with each other. Being under each other’s feet and with the children will have heightened everyone’s relationships and patience levels.”

“It looks as though Jacqueline is doing what she feels she needs to do in order to get some breathing space for herself. She is putting herself and her health first which is important.”

She also explained: “Being under each others feet for long periods of time is hard for everyone. Especially when children are around.

“There is a lot of pressure on everyone at the moment to be a full time parent, home schooler along side working full time for a lot of people. This will naturally leave people feeling more stressed than usual and we usually take out our frustrations on those closest to us.”

Jacqueline has denied claims that the married couple were splitting up, although she has confirmed she “needed space”.

She shared a message on her Instagram story last week saying: “Not that it’s got anything to do with you, but was going to let you guys know I am back at home.

“I’m going to be going to and from. I’m going to be helping my mum and I’ve got some stuff going on.”
