Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden is not one to shy away from the camera and often wows her millions of social media followers with her saucy snaps.
Amanda, 49, has taken to Instagram Stories this afternoon to share a selfie with her 1.5 million followers wearing a skintight grey sports vest as she keeps fit during coronavirus lockdown.
The blonde bombshell tied up her trademark locks out of her face and completed her work out look by wearing a clear visor on the top of her head.
Mum-of-two Amanda posed up a storm for the camera as she enjoys her exercise outdoors.
The Heart radio presenter, who marked her one year anniversary at the station yesterday, cheekily penned “running and rosé” alongside her latest social media update.

Amanda seems to have picked up one or two things from her judging role on Britain’s Got Talent having shocked her young daughters with a creepy magic trick.
The former Wild At Heart actress took to TikTok yesterday to share a clip of herself have a crack at the levitating magic trick.
It starts with Amanda calling her daughters Alexa and Hollie into the room.
They walk in to discover their mum appearing to float in the air, with a grey blanket draped from her body.

A look of visible shock can be seen across their faces before Hollie decides to find out what’s really going on.
She moves in for a closer inspection and then discovers the secret behind the trick.
Amanda drops the sheet to reveal her “legs” were actually nothing more than her broomsticks with some slippers on the end of them.
“Was that good?” she asks her girls. “Did that look real?”
An impressed Hollie replies: “That was so cool.”
The clip has been seen more than 600,000 times since it was shared yesterday.
Amanda can be found on the Britain’s Got Talent panel alongside Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams but the 14th series currently halted.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the semi-finals and final have had to be postponed.
ITV decided to air the pre-recorded episodes to “bring a little bit of light relief for viewers at this distressing time” but will not be able to continue with the show as normal once the audition stage of the show has aired.
It is still unknown when the show will return for the live shows.
