Demi Rose has revealed the secret workouts that help keep her famous booty peachy and pert.
The 25-year-old, famous for her eye-popping Instagram snaps, teased her 14 million followers with the bum-boosting fitness regime yesterday.
In a series of three Instagram stories, the curvaceous model squeezes her form into skin-tight white leggings and a black top.
She then performs glute-enlarging leg raises and pulsing squats with the addition of resistance training.
Demi captioned the clip by saying: “I’ve been training every day with @pro.pt.”
Pro.pt says it specialises in “building booties for The ladies” and has previously featured videos with TOWIE’s Nicole Bass and model and singer-songwriter Jesych.

This comes after the sultry model posted a red-hot photograph of her famous curves being paraded in a skimpy bikini with daring gold chains.
In another teasing photo, she wore a figure-hugging black dress in a snap that sent her fans wild.
Demi has also been very candid on social media about how the coronavirus lockdown has been affecting her mental wellbeing.

Worrying that the coronavirus pandemic has “majorly f***ed us up”, Demi told her fans she hoped they were “staying safe” despite their troubles.
Demi said she is coping by meditating and reading books but says she and her pet pooch Teddy, a toy poodle, are struggling with boredom.
But the star, who lost both her parents within just seven months in 2018 and 2019, said the time spent alone was also “healing”.
She said: “I’ve had time to think about things I haven’t really got over, I’ve never really grieved.”
