Ex On The Beach and Big Brother babe Jemma Lucy has left fans hot under the collar after revealing the cheeky way she’s keeping fit in lockdown.
The TV starlet, who used to date Stephen Bear, took to social media to tell fans how she’s taken up pole dancing lessons.
While the idea may sound novel to some, pole dancing is often credited for helping people dramatically improve their core strength and to tone up.
In fact, over the past few years many gyms have started offering pole dancing classes as it grows more and more popular.
Logging into her official Instagram page, Jemma showed off her killer frame as she posed on a metal pole.

Flaunting her intimate inking, the outspoken gal looked like she had jumped straight out of a lads’ mag as she worked on her flexibly.
Wearing g-string style knickers and a tight black crop-top, Jemma sent temperatures soaring as she flashed her larger than life booty.
Letting the snap do the talking, Jemma simply captioned the shot: “First pole lesson.”

While the reality TV babe has turned off comments on her page, the post quickly picked up thousands of likes.
Jemma is currently helping to raise extra lockdown cash by promoting her AdmireMe page.

Speaking about the venture earlier this month, Jem said: “”I’m even doing NHS discounts on there… f*****g unreal pics and vids on there and talk me to all day.”
