Lorraine viewers wowed as Davina McCall strips to underwear to celebrate body

Social media star Chessie King appeared on Good Morning Britain with Lorraine Kelly on Wednesday to open up about her surprise friendship with Big Brother star Davina McCall.

The 26-year-old body-positive influencer told the Scottish presenter, 60, that she wants to empower people to love themselves.

Chessie, who was on the show to promote her book, said: “I think we focus our time on our external things that we are not going to be remembered for.

“I hope people release that special moments are nothing with how we look. It’s about creating memories with friends and families.”

The internet sensation has decided use her impressive social media following to promote body confidence by sharing unfiltered snaps on her Instagram page.

The positive response has been overwhelming and Chessie has since amassed a much larger social media following, with almost 800,000 fans, including TV host and fitness guru Davina, who appeared in one of her videos last year.

Talking about working with Big Brother legend, Chessie said: “Davina messaged me asking if I would go into her daughter’s school to do a talk.

“What is funny is that I wrote a letter to her when I was 13 saying I wanted to be a presenter.

“She’s so lovely and I was so happy she appeared in one of my videos.”

Chessie’s video with Davina was shared on the influencer’s Instagram page in April 2019.

Davina, 52, can be seen bouncing on a bed and dancing around wearing a white crop-top and Calvin Klein underwear.

The hilarious video in which Davina says “I don’t care what you think about me” has been viewed by over 325,000 users.

Chessie penned alongside the video: “This women is beyond incredible, she has inspired me since I was 10 and continues to amaze me.

“I’ve had the most magical messages from parents of children being bullied at school saying they sing this at breakfast to set them up for the day, videos from teachers with their whole year group singing it.

“It’s just unbelievable and I just hope it’s helping spread a message that no one should go through bullying or cyber trolling online or offline.

“Thank you Davina for being such a wonderful human, we need to clone you and have one of you in every single school across the world please. Love you bye.”
