Brit Supermodel Cara Delevingne has been accused of having a three-way affair with Amber Heard and Elon Musk by Johnny Depp, as part of his $50 million defamation lawsuit.
The Hollywood icon is filing the lawsuit against his ex-wife Heard, 57, after she claimed in a piece for the Washington Post that she was a survivor of domestic abuse.
Depp, who was not mentioned by name, has filed for the lawsuit, because the claims led to speculation he was the abuser.
According to the Daily Mail, a friend and former neighbour of Depp has submitted evidence claiming Delevingne, Heard and Musk hooked up at Depp’s downtown LA penthouse in late 2016 after Depp split from his ex-wife.
Depp is said to be considering ordering Delevingne to attend court to submit information that could be useful to his case against ex-wife Heard, 34, Daily Mail.com reports.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star has allegedly also filed papers demanding that Musk and actor James Franco share messages, emails or conversations they had with Heard around the time of the couple’s split.
An insider claimed: “Cara could also be compelled to give evidence – by either party.

“It’s definitely a possibility. Almost anything can happen in this case.”Depp is suing Heard after she claimed she had received death threats and lost out on work after accusing Depp of domestic abuse.
“The implication that Mr Depp is a domestic abuser is categorically and demonstrably false.”
The actor has branded Heard’s abuse allegations as “an elaborate hoax” according to the lawsuit.

Images emerged at the time of Heard’s abuse allegations, showing her with a bruised eye and face.
The model claimed they were caused when Depp threw a phone at her face and struck her in their home during a fight at a home in 2016.
Depp denied the allegations and claimed that his ex-wife was repeatedly violent towards him during their volatile two-year union.
Heard denies that she was violent towards Depp who she met on the set of The Rum Diary in 2009.
Johnny Depp, Cara Delevingne, Elon Musk and Amber Heard’s representatives have been contacted by Daily Star Online for comment.
