Chris Moyles flaunts jaw-dropping five stone weight loss and new blond hair

Chris Moyles wowed onlookers as he showed off his brand new look.

The Radio X DJ looked slimmer than ever as he flaunted his five stone weight loss and ice blond hair while out and about in St John’s Wood, London.

Chris, 46, showed off his buff body as he cruised round in his £100k convertible Porsche Boxster.

The former Radio 1 star was joined by American talent manager girlfriend Tiffany Austin, who he has been dating since 2015.

Chris was seen dressed in a casual outfit of a light grey T-shirt and white shorts.

He also sported some dark shades and comfy looking trainers.

Talking about his new hairstyle recently, Chris compared his lighter to look to Gary Barlow’s platinum blond hair which he famously sported in the 90s during an appearance on Radio X.

He said: ‘I wanted to look like Robbie at Glastonbury. I think I’ve ended up looking like Gary Barlow from the Do What You Like video.”

Chris admitted his girlfriend Tiff had helped with his transformation.

He said: It [my hair] was I will admit and so will Tiff – canary yellow.

“So when it was first done I went to look in the mirror and I literally went ‘Oh my god, I don’t recognise myself. Like, I don’t recognise myself at all.’

“And it freaked me out, and then I kinda went ‘I think I like it’.

After his producer James admitted it wasn’t as yellow as he thought it would be, Moyles replied: ‘Yeah, it’s a bit whiter. It’s less Eminem, more Milkybar Kid.’

Talking about his five stone weight loss transformation back in January, Chris accredited it to a simple diet and fitness plan.

After years of gorging on takeaways, junk food with little exercise, Chris decided to overhaul his lifestyle by ditching the unhealthy habits.

According to GoodToKnow, Chris limited his daily calorie intake to 2,000 calories per day – 500 calories less than the recommended daily calorie intake.

He also reportedly swapped pizzas and ice cream for fresh fruits and vegetables, along with grains such as quinoa and oatmeal.

The star is said to enjoy omelette in the morning too and salads at lunchtime.
