Rita Ora staged an impromptu photoshoot in her back garden over the weekend, as she mused over her enduring relationship with her fans.
Posing in a sheer velvet blouse with low-slung black trousers, the 29-year-old singer shared a message of thanks with her 16.1million followers.
Her blonde locks were worn down in a haphazard bob, and reams of gold chains were looped around her neck.
With a vintage headscarf, retro tinted sunglasses and bold orange eyeshadow, the starlet proved her worth as a style icon in the series of snaps.
In the caption, Rita reached out to her fans, thanking them for their continued support throughout the lockdown in a heartfelt message.
She said: “On a day like today I’m grateful for all of you beautiful people that continue to support me. I’m grateful for my family, this weather, my health, my amazing friends, and my cute cat Bruno (last slide).”
Taking to the comment section below, Rita’s followers thanked the singer for her music, letting them know the sense of appreciation went both ways.
One said: “And we are grateful for you, for everything we learned from you, for the friendships we gained thanks to you and all these memories full of joy and happiness.”
“Beautiful,” swooned a second.
And a third chimed: “And we’re grateful for you. You’re an angel on earth.”
Speaking to Stylist last year, the Ritual hitmaker opened up about her journey to self-acceptance, after years of battling to make friends in school.
Thanking her fans for their unquestioning support, Rita insisted she no longer worries about making people like her, as she explained: “It’s something I expend a lot of energy on…

“When I was at school I was a bit of an outsider, I wasn’t the popular kid, I was the kid eating cheese toasties in the back. So, the liking thing for me has always been less of a factor; I just wanted friends.
“As long as people understand my craft and that all I’m trying to do is make people feel good. I never hold grudges, I don’t have the energy. I just try to move forward.”
Today, as one of the most popular pop stars of the music industry, there’s no doubt Rita has successfully accomplished her mission.
