Priscilla Presley has broken her silence following the tragic death of her grandson Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide at age 27 last week.
Priscilla, 75, who was married to Elvis Presley from 1967 to 1973, penned a heartfelt statement to fans on Wednesday via her official Facebook page.
She began: “Each day I wake up I pray it will get better. Then, I think of my daughter and the pain she is going through as she was a doting mother.
“Ben’s father, Danny, who is completely lost, as Ben was his only son.

“Riley, so loving and so close to him; Harper and Finley, who absolutely adored Ben.
“Navarone, who struggles deeply with loss and death. Rest In Peace Ben, you were loved.”
In Priscilla’s statement, she makes discusses her daughter Lisa Marie Presley, 52, Benjamin’s father Danny Keough, 55, and his siblings, Riley Keough, 31, and twins Finley and Harper, 11.

Elvis Presley’s grandson Benjamin died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at a party held at Lisa Marie Presley’s $1.8million Calabasas home.
Lisa Marie was not at home at the time of her son’s death.
Her representative said in a statement: “She is completely heartbroken, inconsolable and beyond devastated but trying to stay strong for her 11-year-old twins and her oldest daughter Riley.

“She adored that boy. He was the love of her life.”
According to MailOnline, neighbours heard Benjamin partying at his mother Lisa Marie Presley’s Calabasas, California, home late on Saturday July 12.
Around 3.30am, they heard a woman believed to be girlfriend Diana Pinto screaming “don’t do it”.
Police arrived around 6am and discovered he had locked himself in the bathroom and died from a gun-shot wound.
