Kim Kardashian breaks cover after Kanye West issues grovelling divorce apology

Kim Kardashian has been seen for the first time since her husband Kanye West posted an apology to her for “airing their private matters” online.

Kim, 39, put on a brave face as she went for a drive in her car in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon after it was announced Kanye had gone to a hospital in Wyoming.

The reality TV star who shares North, seven, Saint, four, Chicago, two, and Psalm, 14 months, with the producer, sported a full face of make-up as she drove through the city.

Kim didn’t publicly respond to Kanye’s grovelling apology but liked a tweet from a Kardashian fan account which read: ‘i love you both so much’ (sic) in response to it.

Kanye wrote: “I would like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter.

“I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me.”

Kanye then followed up his message with a tease for his new album Donda – named after his late mother – which had been due to be released Friday but was postponed.

Hours after Kanye issued his apology, he visited Cody Regional Health in Wyoming, as his mental health sparked concerns with friends and family.

However, a member of his entourage later confirmed to Daily Mail that the artist was visiting a friend at the hospital.

Kanye previously claimed that he has been trying to divorce Kim for two years, and that she was trying to “lock him up” during his bipolar episode.

He first sparked concern when he revealed during his South Carolina presidential campaign rally on Sunday that they considered aborting their daughter North.

He cried as he shouted: “In the Bible, it says, ‘Thou shall not kill.’ I remember that my girlfriend called me screaming and crying, and I was just thinking – because at that time I was a rapper I was out there, [had] different girlfriends and everything – and she said, ‘I’m pregnant.’ And I said, ‘Yes!’ And then I said, ‘Uh oh.’

“She was crying… and for one month and two months and three months, we talked about her not having this child. She had the pills in her hand.’

He then claimed that a vision from God led to them going ahead with the pregnancy.

“I’m in the apartment where my wife was actually robbed, and I have my laptop up and I have all of my creative ideas, I’ve got my shoes, I’ve got my next song cover… and the screen went black and white,’ he said.

“And God said, ‘If you f*** with my vision I’m gonna f*** with yours.’ And I called my wife and she said, ‘We’re gonna have this baby,’ and I said ‘We’re gonna have this child.'”
