Danielle Armstrong flaunts dramatic weight loss after giving birth to first baby

The Only Way Is Essex babe Danielle Armstrong has taken to social media to show off the results of her gruelling 21-day body transformation.

The TOWIE star has undergone an intense workout regime which saw her drop one dress size in less than a month.

Taking to Instagram, Danielle, 32, showed off a selection of before and after snaps.

Dressed in a Calvin Klein lingerie set, the starlet posed for the images – highlighting her noticeably trimmer frame in the “after” shot.

Going make-up free, Danielle opted to show off the raw images rather than filtering the shots.

Alongside the upload, the blonde babe wrote: “So I wanted to share these pictures with you guys because I know there are a lot of mums that can relate to me.

“During my pregnancy, I put on just over four stone (yes I did take full advantage of eating what I craved and wanted but if you can’t when your pregnant when the hell can you).

“I had a beautiful healthy baby weighing 8Ibs 11oz and I feel so blessed she’s in our life.”

Explaining she was determined to work hard to get results rather than hoping for a magic fix, Danielle said: “I knew I was never going to be one of these women that would pop a baby out and be back into my size eight jeans and I didn’t want to put pressure on myself.

“The most important thing for me was to adapt to my new life of being a mum.

“So I decided after six weeks I would begin to start the process of my baby weight loss journey which consisted of following a simple plan for 21 days.

“Many of you may know I actually have a health and nutrition business where I’ve helped thousands of women get healthy and lose weight and tone… so now it was my turn to get me feeling good.”

Not only has Danielle dropped a dress size but she now says she is feeling more energetic than ever before.

She signed off the post: “I’ve said it takes 9 months to grow a baby and it’s going to take me at least 9 months to get my body back to feeling myself again but this is just the start.

“I want to help as many new Mums get feeling healthy and body confident so join me on my journey and let’s do this together.”
