Frustrated Amber Gill hits out at followers over coronavirus concerns

Poorly Amber Gill hit out at social media followers who questioned if she might have coronavirus as she shared symptoms of an illness.

The 22-year-old Love Island star took to Instagram on Tuesday to complain she was suffering from a headache and nausea.

The reality star – who won Love Island last summer – raised alarm among fans as she shared her symptoms following a recent post-lockdown trip to Ibiza.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Ambs explained that she was feeling too unwell to do any work while sharing a snap of herself hiding beneath a duvet at 1:32 in the afternoon.

She shared the snap along with the caption: “It gets so frustrating when you can’t do any work.”

She added details of her apparent symptoms.

She wrote: “Feeling super nauseous and headachey, hot but cold, and have the attention span of a fly, I might drag myself out for lunch to see if that helps.”

It seemed the reality star attracted comments from a number of followers who expressed fears she had picked up coronavirus during her trip abroad last week.

However, she then took to Instagram Stories to hit back at the suggestion – claiming she had already been given the all clear for the COVID-19 virus.

She said in a video shared on the app: “I literally forget daily how many losers I have on here.

“It’s not f**king corona, I’ve been tested for corona.

“Thanks for your input though, go f**k yourself.”

She added a caption to the clip, writing: “Every illness ain’t corona, you weirdos.”

Symptoms for coronavirus are believed to include a cough and high temperature – while a loss of taste and smell have been recorded by some patients.

Brits abroad in Spain and the Spanish Islands including Ibiza are required to self-isolate for two weeks upon arrival back to the UK amid concerns of a second wave spiking in the European country.

The measure was brought in after the Government decided to axe the “air bridge” agreement between the UK and Spain on Sunday following an increase in cases of the potentially fatal virus on the continent.
