This Morning fans baffled as they spot epic geography blunder in lockdown debate

This Morning viewers were not happy as they spotted a very awkward production blunder on the show today, as Rochelle Humes and Dermot O’Leary talked lockdown changes.

With the presenters talking about the areas affected by lockdown, they showed a picture of a map with Lancashire, Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire picked out.

However, in a very awkward mistake, the map showed West Yorkshire in entirely the wrong place, as it was shown south of Manchester.

In reality, the county is east and north of Greater Manchester, as fans rushed to point out the mistake.

One posted: “Geography lesson?”

Another added: “Someone didn’t pay attention in their Geography lessons lol.”

A third chipped in: “Not only does @thismorning not know their geography, but to say that the whole of #Lancashire is in #lockdown is categorically untrue!”

A fourth wrote: “Didn’t know that Coronavirus could swap county’s around…”

Rochelle and Dermot stepped in for usual Friday presenters Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes, who have been hosting the show throughout the week.

Fans were left giggling at their screens as Dermot appeared on the show, as he sported much darker hair.

Fans noticed Dermot looked very different as he appeared on This Morning

They rushed to social media to ask if he had dyed his hair during lockdown.

One posted: “I’ve just put my glasses on, has Dermot been at the just for men!?”

Another added: “Loving Dermot O’Leary’s new hairstyle.”

A third chipped in: “Dermot on This Morning now has black hair WOW.”

A fourth wrote: “Oh dear Dermot what have you done to your hair.”

This Morning continues on Monday at 10am on ITV.
