Katie Price to 'return to I'm A Celeb' and 'dish dirt on Peter Andre marriage'

Katie Price is reportedly gearing up to return to I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! for a third time in a special spin-off show.

The former Page 3 model is believed to be spilling the intimate secrets about her marriage to Peter Andre after the former flames met while competing on the hit show.

Katie, 42, who shares son, Junior, 15, and daughter Princess, 13, will appear on the ITV special programme, A Jungle Story.

The upcoming production will see The Pricey divulge about the moments fans never got to see when they appeared on the show in 2004.

Katie and Peter quickly became TV’s hottest couple before marrying in a fairytale wedding in 2005, with the pair eventually divorcing in 2009.

The mum-of-five is said to be filming her piece to camera later this week as I’m A Celeb prepares for its 19th anniversary.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said: “Katie says loads of stuff happened in the camp between her and Pete and on her second stint on the show that didn’t make it on screen.

“She’s going to reveal all the details of their love story that fans wouldn’t have seen on TV.”

However, Katie’s ex-hubby Pete is not participating in interviews for the show due to prior work commitments but he will still be appearing on the programme.

Meanwhile, it’s believed that ITV bosses have put an eyewatering £15 million aside to ensure that the ITV hit will go ahead later in the year.

Head of studios at ITV, Kevin Lygo has vowed to “move heaven and earth” to make sure that comedy duo Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are in Australia in November for the show.

“Bosses are sparing no expense to get the jungle on air.

“It’s their biggest and most lucrative show and despite a challenging financial situation they have set aside a big pile of dosh to make it happen — not only on talent but to cover the cost of crew, production and all of the costs that come with it.

“There’s been a lot of discussion about whether or not they could feasibly get it on air, but as Kevin says they’re doing their utmost to make sure it will happen. They can’t afford for it not to,” a source told the publication.

Daily Star Online has contacted Katie Price’s representatives and ITV for comment.
