Caroline Flack was tragically found dead at her home in North London on February 15, sending shockwaves around the world.
Ahead of her tragic death, Caroline was recognised as one of the nation’s biggest TV personalities, starting out as an actress on the sketch show Bo’Selecta.
Her career spanned over a decade from hosting TMi with Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes, being crowned Strictly Come Dancing champion and being the face of a number of well known fashion brands such as River Island and Speedo.
Caroline is arguably the most famous for presenting ITV2 dating show Love Island, which she hosted up until the latest winter series, which aired in January this year.
Daily Star Online have taken a look back at just some of Caroline’s career highlights.
The early years

After getting her break playing Bubbles on sketch show Bo’Selecta alongside the likes of Keith Lemon, Caroline moved into children’s TV on TMi.
She presented three seasons of the show alongside Pop Idol’s Sam and Mark from 2006 until 2008.
She later hosted CBBC show Escape from Scorpion Island with former Radio One presenter Reggie Yates.

Flack went on to present the CBBC coverage of Comic Relief Does Fame Academy in March 2007 and commented on the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with Paddy O’Connell.
In 2009, Caroline replaced Kirsty Gallacher as co-host of Gladiators with Ian Wright for the second series on Sky1.
ITV2 spin-offs queen

Caroline departed TMi to take over presenting duties on I’m A Celebrity.. Get Me Out of Here! spin-off show I’m A Celebrity.. Get Me Out of Here! NOW!.
During her time presenting the ITV2 show, Caroline was joined by Joe Swash and Russell Kane and a panel of celebrity pundits.
Caroline presented series nine and ten of I’m A Celeb’s sister show in 2009 and 2010 before she was asked to present The X Factor’s companion show The Xtra Factor alongside close friend Olly Murs in 2011.

Olly presented two series of The Xtra Factor while Caroline stayed on for an extra year until 2013 with Matt Richardson.
After impressing Simon Cowell, Olly and Caroline scooped the main X Factor presenting gig in 2015.
The pair were later replaced by Dermot O’Leary, who had hosted the show before the duo.
Reality TV champion

Caroline and her professional partner Pasha Kovalev were crowned champions of Strictly Come Dancing back in 2014.
The pair went on to win the series ahead of fellow finalists Simon Webbe, Frankie Bridge and Mark Wright, nabbing the coveted Glitterball trophy.
Caroline and Pasha gifted viewers with plenty of memorable moments, in particular, their angelic and poignant routine to Robbie Williams’ Angels.

The show-dance saw Caroline dressed in white and dancing with floating reels of silk, as Pasha, 40, spun her around.
The pair scored two perfect 40s in the semi-finals week, which set them far ahead of the other contenders.
The performance showed Caroline – dressed all in white – in the air as Pasha held her up.
Fans shared the emotional performance on social media following the star’s death.
As well as winning Strictly, Caroline also was crowned champion of Dancing On Wheels back in 2010.
She teamed up with professional wheelchair dancer James O’Shea for the BBC Three competition.
Love Island superstar

Love Island has become one of the most popular British television shows of the decade, thanks to Caroline.
Flack was on hand to match up the scantily-clad singletons when the show made a return to our screens back in 2015.
From her iconic slow walks into the villa to her stunning outfits, Caroline brought something special to the dating show.

Love Island has gone on to have version across the globe in America and Australia following the success of the British version.
Caroline presented the ITV2 series alongside Iain Stirling and the pair struck up a strong friendship while away in Spain.
Love Island viewers were in tears as the ITV show paid tribute to Caroline during the final episode of the winter series earlier this year.
Red carpet favourite

Television personality Caroline was a firm fixture at glitzy ceremonies such as the Brit Awards, National Television Awards and more recently the BAFTAs.
She always dressed to impress as she strutted herself on the red carpet like a true professional flashing her warm smile to the photographers.
Caroline managed to get her hand on a BAFTA Award back in 2018 when Love Island was named Best Reality Show.
Accepting the award on behalf of the Love Island team, Caroline gushed: “Wow, a BAFTA, wow. On behalf of all of us, thank you so much.

“It’s been so brilliant watching the show grow over the last three years. A massive shout out to ITV who are a brilliant channel to work for.”
She added: “A huge thank you to all of the Islander’s for giving us so much of themselves.
“This is for everybody, thank you so much.”
Famous friends

Caroline’s friends and family have been left devastated following her shocking death.
Social media has been inundated with “be kind” messages since Caroline’s passing.
“In a world where You can be anything, be kind,” is a quote shared on the late star’s Instagram page on December 5.
Current Love Island host and close pal Laura Whitmore honoured Flack in a tearful tribute on her Sunday morning BBC Radio 5 show.
“Yesterday we lost someone before their time. We’re going to talk about her and give her the respect that she deserves and that she didn’t always get,” she said.
“Caroline, I’m so sad for you, for your family. I’m angry that you saw this as your only option as I know how much love and support you had. I’m sorry you didn’t know that.
“I’m not sure when but I know I’ll see you on the dance-floor again.”
