Maya Jama becomes Nando's ambassador and will get 'lifetime supply of chicken'

Maya Jama has become an ambassador for Nando’s, according to sources.

The TV presenter, 25, has been signed up to front the brand alongside other famous names including Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards and boxer Anthony Joshua, it is claimed.

As part of her new role, Stormzy’s ex-girlfriend is said to be fronting campaigns which will appear online and on social media.

It is believed that Maya will be gifted a Nando’s black card in return for her work which will entitle her to a lifetime supply of food from the restaurant chain.

A source told The Sun: “Maya is sexy and relatable so Nando’s thought she’d be the perfect person to get on board.

“They want to help boost business after lockdown and landing Maya’s signature on the contract was a real coup.”

“She’ll film some ads for them as well as being a part of campaigns which will appear online and on social media.”

Perrie Edwards’ band mate recently told how because of her the rest of the group had been given a black card.

Speaking to Capital FM’s Jimmy Hill, she said: “Can I just say that because of Perrie Edwards, we are now all black card owners.”

“[You get to order] literally whatever you want for up to six people, I think. It’s so good.”

Celebs have featured on a number of amusing posts online to highlight the fact Nandos can now be delivered.

Perrie featured in a 15 second advert opening the door to a delivery driver who mistakenly reads her name as “PERi Edwards.”

He leaves in a hurry, and it is then revealed Nando’s now provide a home delivery service.

Nandos has a ‘Peri-ometer’ which allows diners to chose from a plain spice level to extra hot.

Last month Maya revealed that she turned to God when she was younger as she wanted to increase the size of her bust.

The 25-year-old star has since gone on to develop her signature curves and has said she felt the Lord was “listening”.

During a candid chat on the TTYA Talks podcast, Maya revealed she asked God for bigger breasts when she was in school.

She explained: “I used to pray, ‘Can I grow t**s’ and I grew them.

“So I thought, ‘Oh my gosh — he’s listening’.”

Nando’s has been approached by Daily Star Online for comment.
