Countryfile's Helen Skelton flaunts pins in teeny hot-pants for 'flirty' pic

BBC Countryfile star Helen Skelton made the most of the rolling green hills surrounding her Yorkshire home yesterday, as she headed out on a leisurely stroll.

The 37-year-old TV presenter dressed down for the occasion, donning a pair of denim shorts with a nautical striped T-shirt.

With an oversized shirt thrown on top and a pair of multicoloured flip-flops, the mum-of-two looked radiant as she checked out the views.

Her blonde locks were swept up in a top knot, and she added a pair of tinted black shades by way of accessories.

In her caption, Helen admitted she was hoping to “flirt” with some sunshine, as she mused over the benefits of lockdown as a working mum.

She said: “Looking for that flirty sunshine….. still loving the lack of routine…… absolutely not ready for the notion of school ……two things I have learned in lockdown …..

“There are always more clothes in the wardrobe than you thought (found these at the back of a draw at mums house when I decided to keep extending a visit) AND there is always more food in the cupboard than you thought.”

Adding the hashtags “summer” and “relax,” Helen made it clear she was enjoying kicking back during the warmer summer months.

Taking to the comment section below, her followers piled the compliments high, praising her stunning good looks.

One said: “Enjoy the moment Helen and fleeting moments of sunshine.”

“What a stunner. Have the best of days,” added a second.

“You look so beautiful Helen,” chimed a third.

The blue skies and grassy farmland of Helen’s Yorkshire retreat is a far cry from the wilds of the Scottish island of Raasay, where the TV presenter underwent gruelling trials on Celebrity SAS earlier this year.

Opening up about the experience, the BBC star admitted she took the gig in a bid to impress her two young sons, Ernie, five, and Louis, three.

Speaking to Mirror Online, she said: “Everything I do is based around the boys and that’s how it should be… and it’s how I like it.

“This was a chance for me to be like, OK, Mummy’s bada*s!

“Nobody wants to go to work and leave the kids but at least if I had to do it then it was for something cool.”
