James Argent has apparently lost two stone in just over two weeks after making some drastic lifestyle changes.
The former TOWIE star has revealed he dropped the pounds after undergoing a juice cleanse.
Arg who was 18st 7lb at his heaviest, had slimmed to 13st 7lb at the start of the year after rehab in Thailand.
The coronavirus lockdown resulted in Arg, 32, putting on weight again, but he has now lost two stone since after the juicing diet.
He said that meeting juicing guru Jason Vale last month changed his life, and Arg is now two stone lighter and determined to stay fit.

Speaking from his apartment in Marbella, Spain, he told The Sun on Sunday: “I feel incredible and I’m determined to lose even more weight.
“I met Jason on the off chance and he called my bluff when I said I’d book in. So the next day I bought my flights and flew to his resort in Portugal. All I drank for a fortnight was juices.”

He said: “It was the best thing I’ve ever done. I’ve struggled with my weight for years but this has really changed my outlook. I’m free from drink and drugs still, which is a huge achievement. And making sure I lose weight and get healthier is an ongoing goal.
“I saw pictures of myself on the beach when lockdown ended and I came to Spain. I was shocked by how I looked.
“Now I just never want to go back to feeling that way.”
Arg’s comment come after he was spotted enjoying himself at Marbella beach on his holiday.
The star has had a tough time recently as he reportedly ‘broke down in tears’ after his ex Gemma Collins suffered a miscarriage in lockdown.

It’s claimed comforted Gemma, 39, as the pair did not know they were expecting until the miscarriage happened.
A source told The Sun: “Arg was very upset and sad when Gemma told him about the miscarriage, but he was mainly concentrating on comforting her.
“Neither of them knew Gemma was pregnant, they didn’t plan on starting a family.”
Gemma and Arg split after he reportedly branded her a “hippo” in cruel texts she leaked online.
It has been reported today that Gemma has now moved on and is dating millionaire Nadir Gul.
