Holby City ‘s Rosie Marcel has given fans a jaw-dropping glimpse into filming the BBC soap post lockdown.
The 43-year-old soap star, who is adored by fans for playing the iconic Jac Naylor, has shared a behind-the-scenes snap on set alongside her co-star Bob Barrett, who plays Sacha Levy.
Filming was axed earlier this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, but now the medical drama’s production has started up again.
Rosie shared an on-set selfie, thrilling her fans with the sneak-peek behind the scenes.
In the picture, the acting pals are sat more than 2m apart, beaming at the camera wearing their Holby City scrubs.

The show are clearly following the strict social distancing guidelines, ensuring the cast and crew all stay safe after months off work.
Marcel shared the Darwin Ward photograph with her 59.3k followers on Instagram.
She captioned the post: “This is the way we go to work. Go to work. Go to work. This is the way we go to work. All day long.”

One fan said: “Yeah so glad you’re filming, you work well together”, adding two hearts and a kissing emoji.
The programme is currently on an ‘extended break’ after running out of episodes to broadcast amid lockdown.
Fans were left gutted after hearing the news that their beloved soap was going off air.
The show’s official Twitter shared a statement with their 61.7k followers.

It said: “We’ll be off air for a while after tonight’s episode. We’re already filming again and will be back later in the year!”, adding a blue heart to the end of their tweet.:
Fans were devastated after the announcement, with one tweeting: “NOOOOOO! What no Holby? I can cope with masks, I can cope with social distancing, BUT I CANNOT COPE without Holby.”
While another penned: “What! Nooooo don’t do this to us. How long is the break?”
“No way. I cannot cope without watching @BBCHolbyCity it’s my favourite hospital programme,” added a third.
