TOWIE's Chloe Sims 'falling out' with Pete Wicks explained as tensions rise

TOWIE was back with a bang this evening, as fan favourites Pete Wicks and Chloe Sims addressed their falling out.

The two longtime TOWIE stars had been best pals for years, only for cracks to form in their friendship at the beginning of the year.

Chloe hosted a socially distanced dinner party in her back garden during this evening’s episode, chatting with Gatsby, Diags, and Olivia Attwood about their failing friendship.

Olivia got the ball rolling, as she wondered what had happened between the two of them.

Chloe confessed: “Me and Pete stopped speaking. We had a falling out at the end of January.”

The Essex babe added that she wanted to surround herself with the right people, and felt Pete hadn’t been there for her at times.

She went on: “It was quite calm. I just dint want to have people around me that I felt weren’t 100%.”

During the lockdown, Chloe confessed she considered reaching out to Pete, but when he didn’t return the favour, she decided against it.

She said: “He just made me question if I even know him at all.”

Surprised, Olivia pointed out: “Knowing Pete, he is that guy that would check-in.”

Meanwhile, over on Twitter, viewers begged the duo to patch up their friendship, devastated to learn they weren’t on speaking terms.

One said: “Pete and Chloe need to patch this up ASAP. They’ve been through too much.”

“Pete and Chloe not talking!? There’s no hope for other friendships!” added a second.

And a third chimed: “Soooo wonder what happened with Chloe and Pete?? It’ll come out eventually!!”

Can Pete and Chloe patch things up, or is their friendship over for good?

TOWIE airs on Sundays at 9pm on ITVbe.
