Monday’s This Morning marked 11 years since Holly Willoughby first graced the iconic green sofas, but the ITV show made a mistake during her anniversary.
The 39-year-old television star presented the television show for the first time alongside Phillip Schofield 11 years ago.
After an advert break however, the graphic read: “This Morning with Eamonn and Ruth”, rather than with Holly and Phil.
The presenting duo noticed straight away and called out their colleagues as Holly joked: “Maybe it’s my last now I’ve just found out…”

Luckily the pair laughed off the on-air mistake and continued to present the morning programme with ease.
Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes host the show on a Friday while Holly and Phil take the presenting reigns from Monday until Thursday during the week.
Holly is reportedly gearing up for a legal battle against her old management agency in a disagreement over money.

She was signed to YMU Group, who also look after her co-star Phillip Schofield, before she formed her own agency named Roxy Management.
YMU are said to be looking to get 15 per cent of any future earnings that the ITV star makes but it has been claimed that Holly has not signed a contract to that effect, according to The Sun.
An insider told the publication that Holly “never actually signed a binding contract with [YMU],” and that it was a shame if they did pursue this as she “was incredibly loyal to YMU for many years.”
The source has also claimed that the agency is not “signed up to the professional body called PMA which represents actors and agencies,” so there shouldn’t be any reason why “they are demanding commission on future earnings.”

They added that Holly is a “strong, savvy, very successful woman working in a tough industry” and “won’t be taken for a fool”.
Speaking about the new venture, a source said: “Holly set Roxy up with an all-female team.
“She is all about empowerment and will not roll over on the matter.”
Daily Star Online have contacted a representative for Holly and YMU for a comment.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
