Jack Fincham unveils major body transformation after gruelling boxing training

Love Island ’s Jack Fincham has impressed fans with his healthy new workout regime, after taking up boxing in a bid to tone up.

The 26-year-old reality star shed two stone in weight last year, after admitting to piling on the pounds after leaving the Love Island villa.

Now, Jack’s next mission is to gain a six pack, as he squares up in the boxing ring as part of his healthy new lifestyle.

Sharing his body transformation with fans, the former pen salesman shared two shirtless photos of himself with the captions “week one” and “week two”.

In the second – more recent – snap, Jack was visibly slimmed down, his torso toned after hours spent toiling in the boxing ring.

With a smile on his face and his arms flexed over his head, the Celebs Go Dating star looked delighted with his achievement.

Jack rose to fame in the summer of 2018 when he landed the coveted Love Island crown with his then-girlfriend Dani Dyer.

Though the two moved in together after filming wrapped, they later called quits on their relationship, with Dani recently announcing her pregnancy with new partner Sammy Kimmence.

Having moved on himself, Jack became a father to daughter Blossom Fincham back in January, after a brief romance with a friend after splitting from Dani.

Jack revealed his lifestyle post-villa, after moving out of his mum’s house, saw him munching on takeaways and fast food, leading to weight gain.

Speaking to The Sun last year, he said: “I was shocked to find my BMI was bordering on obese.”

Jack added: “A lot of the weight gain is after I have moved out of my mum’s house.

“I find it a lot easier to get a takeaway or eat out because you can get too busy to sit down and make a meal.

“It’s the busy lifestyle that gets in the way.”

Since then, he has transformed his life for the better, eating balanced meals laden with vegetables and grafting in the gym.
