Loose Women ’s Coleen Nolan is considering a double mastectomy after three of her sisters were diagnosed with breast cancer.
The TV favourite, 55, admits she “lies awake at night worrying” that she will be next.
And so she is struggling with the tough decision over whether to have both of her breasts removed.
She tells the new OK! magazine: “I’m in limbo and really struggling to decide.
“It’s horrendous enough when you’ve got no choice in the matter, but when it’s a voluntary decision to lose your breasts it’s so difficult.
“I’m not scared of dying, I’m scared of leaving my kids. I’m not ready.”

Coleen’s latest move has been prompted by the fact that back in April her sister Anne, 69, announced that her breast cancer had returned 20 years after she first overcame the disease.
Days later her other sister Linda, 61, shared the news that her breast cancer had now spread to her liver.
This is on top of the tragedy the Irish family all faced in 2013 when their sister Bernie died of breast cancer at the age of 52.
Coleen added: “It’s a really big operation and my sisters were quite shocked when I told them, but they’ve also been very supportive.”
Luckily, Anne is doing better and while she still faces surgery and possible radiotherapy, there is no sign of the lump.
And Linda has completed her chemotherapy, with Coleen saying she faced the devastating disease “magnificently”.
Coleen has two other sisters, Maureen, 66, and Denise, 68.
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV
