EastEnders beauty Maisie Smith is on a mission to get as fit as possible before she takes to the Strictly Come Dancing dance floor later this month.
The 19-year-old actress, who plays Tiffany Butcher-Baker in the BBC One soap, has taken to social media to show off her ripped torso in a gym selfie as she amped up her training.
Maisie drew attention to her impressive six-pack in a grey sports bra which she paired with muted camouflage leggings.
Proven her strength, the soap siren held two enormous weights in each hand as she posed up a storm for the camera.
She embraced her natural beauty for her latest gym session and left her long raven tresses loose around her shoulders.

Maisie cheekily captioned her latest Instagram grid update: “I’m not tensing u are”.
Unsurprisingly, Maisie’s saucy snap caught the attention of her 722,000 followers with some rushing to leave a flirty comment for the star.
One fan gushed: “Wowza talk about body goals.”

Later in the day, Maisie took to her Instagram stories to pose in a pink velour tracksuit as she took mirror selfies in her dressing room.
The TV personality has stuck to a dedicated training regime in recent weeks, showing off her figure in a pink crop top and green shorts for another snap on Sunday.
Maisie won Strictly’s Children In Need special alongside Kevin Clifton last year – making her a favourite to win the upcoming BBC series.
It has been reported she’s been the number one choice for the male pros, given her prior experience in the ballroom.

Maisie hopes the viral videos she’s been filming with her mum on social media will give her the edge on the dance floor.
To date, she has amassed an impressive 1.7million followers on TikTok and a whopping 21.6million likes.
She admitted that she’s most excited about getting a glam makeover each week.
Maisie said: “That is genuinely what I think I’m most excited about – being glammed up every single week.
“I remember when Emma (Barton, who plays Honey in EastEnders) did it last year.
“Watching her every week, she just looked incredible and I can’t wait for them to work that magic on me.”
