BGT fans think Amanda is 'in on' magician's trick as she finds him on Instagram

Britain’s Got Talent viewers have raised questions over magician Damien O’Brien’s final performance.

The 35-year-old personal trainer had judges Amanda Holden, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Ashley Banjo scratching their heads this evening (October 10) as he performed his latest magic trick.

He asked temporary head judge Amanda, 49, to help him during his performance and she kindly accepted his invite.

During the trick, Damien asked Amanda to find his name on social media, but didn’t specify which platform.

Amanda went straight on Instagram and found Damien as the magician carried on his trick.

Eagled-eyed viewers rushed to their keyboards to question why Amanda assumed Damien meant the photo-sharing application.

One Twitter user pointed out: “When he said find him on social media – how did she know he meant Instagram?”

Another replied: “I wondered that too.”

Others praised Damien’s excellent performance as he impressed the judges with her latest performance.

One BGT viewer tweeted: “OMG @DamienMagician just blew my mind on @BGT!”

Damien got Amanda to pick a card from his deck, after ensuring she sanitised her hands.

Viewers quesitoned how Amanda knew Damien wanted her to go on Instagram during his trick

The magician and the judge then had to rip the corner of said card.

Amanda then had to go onto social media to Damien’s profile, she then had to hand Damien back the corner of the card she had pulled off, before tapping the Instagram image.

The corner of the card then appeared on the phone, matching the ripped card perfectly.

Much to Amanda’s shock, the paper card then appeared within her phone case.

Amanda’s phone ended up being locked away during the trick but she ended up having it back at the end of the performance.

The TV star was gobsmacked when her mobile ended up being locked up in a box covered in string.

Damien unravelled the string and asked Amanda to prove it was her phone but showing home screen.

Amanda proudly proved it was her phone as she showed her background was a picture of her and her daughters.
