Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has left her followers seriously impressed after showing off the results of her recent weight loss.
The 20-year-old has been on a weight loss journey in recent months and shared some older photos of the results of a three-stone slim down to her Instagram page.
The Celebs Go Dating star shared a before and after shot of her shrinking figure, with the first seeing her in a tightly fitting white vest top and baggy trousers.
Amy gave a neutral look to the camera, and it seems that not only has she lost weight, but she’s gained confidence as she was all smiles in the after snap.

Posing with one hand on her hip, the young starlet gave off the energy of a whole new person, flashing her pearly whites and looking glam.
Amy wore a loose black top with leggings, and threw on a snakeskin-print blouse over the top, as well as a heart necklace.
Her honey blonde hair was styled in curls and tumbled around her face, which was done up in glamorous makeup, including a nude lip and fluttering lashes.

In the post’s caption, Amy told her 64,500 Instagram followers: “Throwback Thursday to the progress I made when following Muscle Food’s Goal Getters plan (which used to be called Do The Unthinkable!)
“I’m so proud that I’ve been able to keep the three stone I lost off and still feel healthier and fitter than I did this time last year!”

Amy’s post was also shared on the brand’s page, revealing she’d dropped three dress sizes too.
