I’m A Celeb is going to be two days shorter this year over fears stars will struggle to cope with the freezing temperatures in Wales, according to reports.
The series is being filmed to Gwrych Castle in Wales this year instead of its normal filming location Australia due to the pandemic.
It is alleged the new series, which starts on November 15, will only last 20 days this year, instead of its normal 22-day run.
The shorter schedule will mean the final will air on a Friday in early December, instead of its typical Sunday finale, it is claimed.
It is claimed producers made the move due to fear celebrities may refuse to complete the series when faced with the gruelling conditions at the Welsh castle.

Speaking to The Sun, a source close to the show said: “There have been some concerns at ITV that it’s going to be a mega shock to the system when they leave the lap of luxury and are suddenly living in a damp, squalid castle.
“There are fears some will sack it off. They were even worried some might not even enter the castle at all.
“This will be harder than the Australian jungle. It will be damp and freezing.”

Any celebrities who quit the series early won’t receive their full fee, it is believed.
Contestants on this year’s show will be given warm gilets and jumpers to help them keep the shivers at bay during their time in camp.
Temperatures in the I’m a Celeb Australian jungle typically average around 30C (86F) – but celebs this year show should expect it to be around 11C (52F) in Abergele, North Wales.
Claims about the shortened filming schedule due to the weather comes after actor Christopher Biggins has told how he fears contestants could die from pneumonia in Wales.

Porridge star Christopher, who won the show in 2007, told Daily Star Online in a Facebook live chat yesterday (November 4): “It will be wonderful in Wales.
“Ant and Dec are great presenters and will make it their own. They are wonderful.
“But please ITV heat up the castle, bring in a few heaters or people will die or pneumonia.”
Among the stars tipped to take part in the show this year are presenter Vernon Kay and athlete Mo Farah.
