Carla Connor’s affair looks set to be exposed on Corrie.
The businesswoman, played by Alison King, cheated on Peter Barlow.
She has confessed to the fling – but not admitted it was with his nephew Adam (Sam Robertson).
And show star Alison has dropped a major hint the truth will come out.
She said: “Carla and Adam both have a lot to lose, so she has no reason to think the truth will come out. They vow to keep the secret and they are the only ones who know about it.
“But Carla’s secrets have a habit of coming out when she least expects them to. This situation has the potential to blow the whole family apart.”

Alison has also teased it will mark the end of Carla’s romance with Peter, played by Chris Gascoyne.
She added: “They have both made terrible mistakes before and forgiven each other, but this is
another level of betrayal.
“Peter was at his lowest ebb, back drinking and becoming seriously ill as a result, and Carla slept with his nephew. It’d take something huge to reunite them if he were to find out.”

In fairness, I don’t think viewers would be happy if Carla’s fling stayed secret and everyone just played happy families…
Chris has warned that it is likely alcoholic Peter will see red – and make life hell for both Carla
and Adam.
He said: “It would hurt Peter deeply that this has happened and the people he would turn to are the people who have betrayed him and hurt him.”
