Chrissy Teigen has taken her first shower in two months as the star revealed she could only have baths after losing her baby Jack.

The 35-year-old model took to Instagram to share an update with her fans as she told them how she was doing after her baby tragically passed away in October.

Chrissy took to her Instagram page on Monday, which was her birthday, and told fans about the milestone in her recovery after losing her son.

She was wearing a robe with her wet hair tied back in a towel, as she said: “I just had my first shower in two months.”

“I’ve been taking baths because I couldn’t stand to be in the shower. I couldn’t, like, physically stand in the shower,” Chrissy continued.

Teigen added: “I feel really, really good.”

Thanking fans for their birthday wishes, she said: “Thank you I feel very clear and very good.”

Chrissy continued: “Also, you guys have no idea and I cannot wait to tell you someday.

“I realise that just left you supremely hanging. I’m sorry. I just mean it’s been a ride. It has been a journey and I’m happy to be back again.”

On October 1, Teigen shared the heartbreaking news that her newborn baby sadly had passed away.

In an emotional Instagram statement, the model said she and husband John Legend were feeling “deep pain you only hear about.”

After telling fans they had decided on the name Jack, she finished the post: “We are so grateful for the life we have, for our wonderful babies Luna and Miles, for all the amazing things we’ve been able to experience. But everyday can’t be full of sunshine.

“On this darkest of days, we will grieve, we will cry our eyes out. But we will hug and love each other harder and get through it.”
