The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett spoke to Joel Dommett on Wednesday’s Lorraine half-naked after waking up late.
The television hunk appeared via video link without his shirt and explained he’d got his timings mixed up and had still been asleep until Andi Peters had called him about the interview.
Lorraine viewers found the whole thing hilarious – with many thanking the 35-year-old fitness fanatic for making their morning.
“Thanks Lorraine Joel topless at 9:35 in the morning has made my day!” wrote one viewer.
Another said: “Joel Dommett doing a video call half-naked because he forgot he was supposed to be on Lorraine is 2020 in a nutshell. Brilliant TV. Andi Peters is clearly the man who people answer a call to.”

A third urged: “Joel is taking working from home to a whole new level. Put a shirt on man!”
While others referenced the leaked webcam video of Joel masturbating – something he has spoken about in length previously.
The comedian apologised for his appearance, saying: “I swear it was later. I always get so confused – it’s Lorraine then Loose Women and I never remember which is which, I’m so sorry.”

Joel was on the show to discuss the new series of The Masked Singer, which kicks off on Boxing Day.
He told Ranvir: “This season’s line-up is amazing, it’s really amazing.
“The first season was really great too, we had CeeLo Green and Kelis, but now we’ve got the benefit of it being a hit and people thinking they want to do it.”
Joel joked that he “can keep secrets but can’t wake up in the morning” so has no issue from stopping the identities of the celebrities from leaking.
“It’s the only secret I have from my wife,” he said. “It’s quite fun, everything else I tell her, but I get home from work and I’m like, ‘I can’t tell you who it is.'”
He said that to help him keep the secrets, he “forgets” about the reveal as soon as the celebrity is unmasked and “moves on” with his life.
“When I watch it again, it’s all new for me,” he explained.
Lorraine airs weekdays at 9am on ITV
