One Direction superstar Niall Horan was left wincing earlier this year after Lorraine Kelly joked he ‘owes it to the world’ to have a baby.
The ITV presenter teased the Slow Hands singer during a live TV interview October.
However, on Tuesday Lorraine decided to re-air the chat as she hosted a round up of the best of 2020.
After Lorraine highlighted the fact that Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Zayn Malik are now fathers, Niall, 27, said: “It is mad, it is crazy.
“I know I am still young now but we were only babies on the show [The X Factor] but it is mad we now there are kids and stuff.”

Laughing, Niall continued: “Not for myself, but i am comfortable where I am for the moment.”
Teasing the chart-topper, Lorraine giggled: “You owe it to the world to have babies,” leaving Niall wincing.
As the clip was reaired, fans quickly took to Twitter to gossip about the moment.
One viewer wrote: “Lorraine: ‘you owe it to the world to have babies niall, you owe it’. PERIOD QUEEN U TELL HIM.”
Another added: “@reallorraine talking babies with @NiallOfficial… Why? just talk about Niall.”
Niall appeared on the show to promote his virtual Royal Albert Hall gig which he put on to help raise money for the crew who work on his shows.
Niall said: “I wanted to do a gig as I was meant to be touring in 2020.
“I wanted to do a virtual gig and with the money I was able to pay the crew the other crews.
“They were left behind by the government as they are self employed and missing out on the furlough scheme.
“These guys are left behind. I want to raise as much money while having a bit of fun.

“I have been lucky enough to tour the world for the last 10 years and the crew become your family.”
Stressing that while fans may turn up at 6pm for an 8pm show, crews will have been up at the crack of dawn putting the set together.
Niall said: “When you arrive at these arenas those men and woman have been up since 5am putting the lights and the stage and they are the forgotten ones sometimes.
“Even when they are on stage they are often hidden in all black.
“It would be nice to put some light on them and educate people how hard they work. The arts industry would not be the same without them.”
