The Weeknd has sparked an online meltdown after sporting a totally new face in the music video for his latest single Save Your Tears.
The Starboy singer, whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, appeared to have turned to cosmetic surgery to help achieve his new look.
The Weeknd was seen sporting a very full pout which looks like it has been pumped full off filler.
Meanwhile, his jawline seemed to have been over chiselled with further enhancements.
Selina Gomez’s ex also rocked a noticeably smaller nose.
In the video, The Weeknd slipped into a red sequined suit as he belted out the track at a VIP dinner.

The clip immediately set social media alight thanks to his bold new look.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: “The Weeknd better bankrupt whoever did this to his face.”
Another fumed: “This better be some good a** makeup or something.
“Ain’t no way The Weeknd ruined his face like this.”
A third probed: “What the heck happened to The Weeknd face?”
Meanwhile, a fourth referenced his 2018 single Can’t Feel My Face joking: “The Weeknd really took “can’t feel my face” to another level,” before adding a skull emoji.
However, rather than succumbing to the pressures of Hollywood and the never ending quest for youthful looks, The Weeknd’s new face was made from prosthetics.
The look is understood to be part or a storyline the superstar is creating.

The star previously appeared at the MTV Video Music Awards with a fake broken nose and then later at the American Music Awards he picked up an award on stage while wearing surgical bandages over his face.
Reports claim that Prosthetic Renaissance have teamed up with the singer ahead of his Super Bowl Half Time Show on Sunday, February 7.
After the video was released Prosthetic Renaissance Makeup-FX Studio designer Mike Marino took to Instagram to post how the look was achieved using sophisticated prosthetics and make-up.
Alongside snaps of the moulds used to create the look, the make-up artist wrote: “My original rough sculpture and separated appliances with textures.
“Consisting of 4 prosthetic appliances, main face being a collapsible mold.[sic]”
