Britain’s Got Talent bombshell Amanda Holden sent her followers wild as she showed off her toned body in a crop top and leggings on Instagram.
Amanda, 49, flaunted her washboard stomach and toned abs in the skimpy get up, smiling for the snap in the back garden of her lavish home.
The blonde bombshell also left little to the imagination as the skimpy material of the bra failed to protect her modesty.
She finished the look off with grey trainers, headphones around her neck and a blue cap on top of her blonde locks.
Her hair was tied into two pigtails around her neck as she placed her hands on her hips to highlighted her hourglass hips.

Revealing that she had cancelled her holiday during the pandemic, she slams reality stars for jetting away from the UK amidst the lockdown.
As she was seen walking along a beach in a skimpy bikini and floral cover-up, she covered the snap: “I cancelled my holiday on #BoxingDay .. it was hard. But I was flying with a negative test and everything was in place for a safe holiday with my family.

“WHY THEN , ARE THE UK ONLY JUST making the decision to test for covid for people coming into our country ??
“We’ve all sacrificed so much in different ways .. most of us have been responsible. Had so much good will and respect for each other.
“Joined together and marched on through this .. it’s made me seeth this morning hearing it on the news -the senseless year of neglect of Government rules at our borders.
“Other countries have done it before us. Why has it taken us so long? No one seems to have an answer… or be questioning it?!!
“Surely this could have prevented the increase of the spread?!!”
She ended the post by saying: “#Staysafe and try and keep patient and calm despite the lack of common sense being afforded to us.”

One of her raciest ones yet saw her strip topless as she went for a dip in her hot tub in her garden to bring in 2021.
Turning away from the camera to protect her modesty, Amanda wore just a pair of black bikini bottoms which read: “Bye bye 2020.”
