Graham Bell’s dance partner Yebin Mok has suffered a terrible skating injury that will delay his Dancing on Ice participation.
She sustained a laceration to her tendon after being “stabbed” with an ice blade while she practiced with the Olympic skier.
Yebin was taken to hospital following the gruesome accident and it has left the show in chaos just three days before it is due to return to screens.
Rufus Hound and Robin Johnstone are to skate in their place this weekend as the show begins on ITV.
Bosses have drafted in Karina Mantra to be his new partner while Yebin recovers from her injury, it was confirmed on This Morning.

It is the latest headache for producers, a day after Rebekah Vardy revealed partner Andy Buchanan was rushed to hospital following a horrifying training accident.
She sliced open his face with her skate and said the episode was “awful”.
Graham was also training with professional Yebin when she slashed her leg. Medics rushed to the scene to give her emergency treatment.
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby are hosting the return and they broke the bad news days before curtain up.

“They showed us a picture that we can’t possibly show on TV,” Phillip said.
“Holly couldn’t even look at it, she had to look away.
“It was a very nasty stab wound for an ice blade and you could even see the tendons.
“It is a dangerous show – she will be out for quite a few weeks. The last thing you want to do is rush it.”
A show spokeswoman said: “Graham Bell and his partner Yebin had a freak accident which resulted in her having a laceration in her leg.

“Effectively it’s a stab wound from an ice blade. She received immediate medical attention.”
Graham told the Daily Star last week how much he is looking forward to what’s ahead.
The 54-year-old Ski Sunday presenter said: “The Golden ticket twist will be interesting.
“The judges will be marking and scoring as usual, but will it be given to the best skater or most promising?
“I don’t know what their rational is but I will be annoyed if I was in the bottom two and the couple behind me on the leaderboard got the golden ticket.”
Rufus doesn’t actually appear to want to be there, though.

He spoke last week and said he is already “over” the programme.
“At no point in my life did I ever want to do ice skating or be an ice dancer,” he said.
“I find myself in a position that this is what I have to do to pay my mortgage and every day I get up earlier than I want to and have to go f****** ice skating and I’m f****** over it.”
Other celebs competing include Rebekah Vardy, Denise Van Outen, Joe-Warren Plant and Jason Donovan.
Dancing on Ice is back on Sunday at 6pm on ITV.
