A man living with a giant cyst on his neck finally had it surgically removed by Dr Pimple Popper – although it wouldn’t go down without a fight and shot out a wave of pus.
Dr Pimple Popper (AKA Dr Sandra Lee) saw 32-year-old Juan in her clinic and he revealed he’d suffered from huge cysts since childhood and was bullied so badly he quit school.
Juan had his cysts drained by other doctors before, but they always came back just months later because they failed to remove the sac.
Dr Lee is determined to do a better job and after injecting the area with a local anaesthetic, she quickly gets to work on two of Juan’s biggest and most troubling cysts.

Almost as soon as Dr Lee slices into Juan’s neck, the cyst slowly erupts with a flood of sticky white pus.
“Oh, it’s going to drip down the sides,” Dr Lee says, as her assistant Kristi rushes to catch the dripping goo.
The top dermatologist drains out all of the fluid before snipping out the cyst sack and then finds another hidden cyst inside Juan’s skin, although it has a surprise.

As she slowly makes her incision, the cyst fights back, squirting Dr Lee and her assistant Kristi with a jet of foul liquid pus.
“Did I get you?” the medic asks, concerned for her assistant.
“Yep, right in my face!” Kristi laughs.
“It’s never fun to get splashed, but it’s never dangerous,” Dr Lee explains, adding: “Just close your eyes and don’t open your mouth.”
With everyone sufficiently cleaned up, Dr Lee carries on with the procedure, which she admits is trickier than she first anticipated due to all the scar tissue.

Cutting into the second lump on Juan’s neck, Kristi is nearly in trouble again as more fluid shoots out.
“You really want to get Kristi,” Dr Lee jokes, finally stitching a relieved Juan up.
“I was able to remove the two big ones and I really think this is going to make him feel a lot better,” she says.
Juan was delighted with the results and said he was finally going to be able to cut his long hair off after years of self-consciously trying to hide his cysts.
