Kim Kardashian slams fans who accused her of lying over North's painting skills

Businesswoman Kim Kardashian West often remains silent when it comes to addressing criticism she and her famous family receive but she didn’t hold back after trolls targeted her daughter.

Kim had taken to her Instagram page to share a stunning painting that had been done by her eldest child, North, seven, as she gushed over how proud she was.

However, social media users instantly hit back claiming that Kim, 40, had “lied” and the painting wasn’t actually the work of North.

The soon-to-be-lawyer unleashed a blistering attack on her Instagram Stories as she spoke about North’s talent which she acquired following hours of art classes.

Addressing her 204 million Instagram followers, Kim penned: “Don’t play with me when it comes to my children!

“My daughter and her best friend have been taking serious oil painting class where their talents and creativity are being encouraged and nurtured.”

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star continued: “North worked incredibly hard on her painting which took several weeks to complete. As a proud mom, I wanted to share her work with everyone.”

She added: “I’m seeing op-ed pieces in the media and social media from grown adults breaking down whether or not my child actually painted this!

“How dare you see children doing awesome things and then try to accuse them of NOT being awesome!?

“Please stop embarrassing yourselves with the negativity and allow every child to be great! NORTH WEST PAINTED THAT PERIOD!”

In several follow-up posts, Kim shared a string of social media posts from critics, penning “FOH [F**k outta here]”, across one.

She went on to share several pieces of art created by North’s father, Kanye West when he was a child.

It came after some speculated that the painting had originally been created by Ryan Romulus, the son of Kim’s close friend, Tracy Romulus.

Kim hit back at trolls who tried to claim North didn’t paint the picture herself

However, it has since emerged that Ryan and North had taken oil paintings together, with social media influencer Camryn Frend taking to Instagram, revealing that her mother had taught her to paint the exact same painting 15 years ago and taught North and Ryan just two weeks prior.

The stunning piece of art that Kim originally showcases displayed an idyllic mountain scene, complete with flowers and trees as well as a sprawling lake and snowy mountains that continue beyond the eye.
