Christine McGuinness has shared how she felt “weak and broken” during an eating disorder with a powerful video to celebrate International Women’s Day.
The model took to Instagram to post a montage of videos that showed her body transformation.
It starts with a clip from three years ago, with Christine posing topless in front of the mirror.
She explains she felt “weak and broken” during that period but managed to “pick myself up”.
The following videos then show the mum-of-three working out in the gym before then strutting her stuff in some lingerie side-by-side with her topless footage to compare her transformation.

“However you feel comfortable in your own skin ladies I praise you,” she explained.
“Because each and everybody is normal, different and beautiful.
“We all have our own battles and our own stories (I’ve got a library full) but let’s continue to praise each other and support one another and be sure to love and praise yourself too.”
More than 50,000 people have seen the footage since it was posted earlier today (March 8).

“Wow this is such an inspiration for other women,” one fan gushed.
Another commented: “You were so tiny. So good to see you fitter and stronger such a positive influence.”
A third added: “Brilliant to see you shine and smile again.”
Christine has previously revealed that it took her four years to fall pregnant after a 10-year battle with anorexia.

“When I went to see a doctor the reason I wasn’t ovulating or having my periods was down to having an eating disorder,” she told Giovanna Fletcher on podcast Happy Mum Happy Baby.
“That made me get better but it took four years for everything to regulate.”
It comes after Christine flashed her cleavage in as she posed in sheer lingerie.
