Neighbours’ Harlow Robinson (Jemma Donovan) could be set to find herself caught between two of the men in her life in forthcoming scenes.
Harlow is becoming good friends with Brent Colefax since his arrival in Erinsborough, and there have been several hints dropped that a romance could develop between them.
It looks like she could be about to find a new suitor, the first one after her split from Hendrix Greyson (Benny Turland), who she broke up with earlier this year.
Harlow was gutted when Hendrix hid the truth about his illegal gambling and his debt to Kane Jones, which saw her get kidnapped.
She was later returned safe and sound, but she realised that she couldn’t trust him anymore, leaving him heartbroken.
Hendrix was left very jealous when he noticed Harlow and Brent growing closer together, especially after Brent has already tried to kiss her once.
Does he still have feelings for her?
In scenes next week, Hendrix and Brent are forced to work together for a new initiative at Erinsborough High, which will allow them to spend time on practical work and pursuing their own interests.
The pair quickly fall out as they can’t stand each other, but Brent manages to redeem himself by suggesting they should create blankets for homeless people out of Ned’s discarded advertising materials.
Brent’s idea is a hit with Harlow, which leaves Hendrix furious. Hendrix approaches Paul and suggests that it’s time for them to make an alliance against Brent.
Paul turns him down but later fears that a reunion could be on the cards for Harlow and Hendrix when he hears that they’re growing closer again.
He decides to ruin their reunion and let Harlow know that Hendrix was plotting against Brent, trying to cause a rift between the trio.
Unsurprisingly, Harlow is furious, and it makes her realises that she still can’t trust him, but she is also frustrated with her granddad for interfering.
But with feelings still dwelling in her head, could Harlow find herself caught between the two warring enemies?
When asked by Daily Star who she would like to see with and what could happen down the line, Jemma said: “I think she does really like Brent and the connection they have and she definitely hopes there is some kinds of future for them.”
She teased: “I think it would be interesting to see her in a few different relationships to test the dynamics and that is fun to play,” before adding that Harlow would “never say never” to reuniting with Hendrix.
Could she end up in a love triangle very soon?
Jemma also added that Paul looks set to try and meddle in her relationships again to keep her away from the two boys, and added that Harlow could fight against her granddad’s authority, saying: “I think Paul brings Harlow and Brent closer because she is so intent on being her own person.
“Paul interfering with her life almost sets a challenge to really make sure her relationships do work – and make a statement that she is going to have control of her life.”
Looks like Harlow has plenty of drama coming up… but what is going to happen in her love life?
Neighbours continues on Monday at 1.45pm on Channel 5.
