Made in Chelsea viewers divided as Miles makes epic return and clashes with cast

Made in Chelsea viewers were left divided on Monday night as Miles Nazaire made an explosive return to the show.

The hunky star, 25, didn’t appear in the last series of the E4 programme and made his comeback during the 21st season launch.

Miles and the rest of the MIC cast have relayed to the countryside to film the show in a COVID-safe bubble.

Potentially awkward, this involved him living in the same country house as ex-girlfriend Maeva D’Ascanio and his ex-friend James Tayor, who are a couple.

Miles interrupted a French lesson between Maeva and Paris Smith and joined the girls to break the ice.

The exes got chatting in French, prompting an awkward Paris to leave them to it.

Throughout the episode, Miles caused trouble between Maeva and James as well as Ruby and Reza.

Viewers at home rushed to their keyboards to discuss the impact of Miles’ return to the show.

Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “Miles has been paid extra this season to cause a lot of problems.”

Another added: “Glad Miles is back.”

A third person posted: “I love the drama Miles is bringing.”

A fourth viewer said: “Why is Miles back?”

Miles also appeared to flirt with Ruby Adler and went as far as following Ruby on Instagram while on camera.

However, this didn’t go down well with her boyfriend Reza Amiri-Garroussi and fan favourite Sam Thompson.

Miles found himself in the middle of an argument with Sam towards the end of the episode.

The fiery exchange between the two men didn’t end well and Miles walked away off-camera.

Elsewhere in the show, Ollie Locke toasted four months of marriage with his new husband Gareth.

Last season concluded in December with the pair getting wed at the Natural History Museum, having delayed their nuptials repeatedly due to the COVID-19 crisis.
