ITV viewers were left divided on Easter Monday after Cat Deeley replaced Lorraine Kelly on the hit morning show.
The 90s TV host, 44, has returned to her UK roots by hosting Lorraine all week.
Looking glamorous as ever, the starlet oozed sex appeal as she hosted the show in tight PVC trousers and heeled boots.
Keen to show off her look, Cat even lifted her leg up high in the air while talking via video link to entertainment reporter Ross King in Los Angeles.
Twitter was quickly awash with messages from excited fans after seeing Cat back in on their screens.
One supporter wrote: “Cat Deeley doing Lorraine..now that’s worth watching ..a proper presenter.”
Another added: “Cat Deeley looks stunning hosting Lorraine this morning. Very tight, shiny trousers and high heeled boots.”
Meanwhile, a third praised: “Nice to see Cat standing in for Lorraine.”
However, others were left less impressed – moaning that Cat was far too smiley and upbeat for a Monday morning.
“Cat Deeley is too happy. I’m crabby in the morning, can’t be doing with wind up toys like that,” one viewer moaned.
Another agreed: “Not feeling Cat Deeley presenting Lorraine.”
Announcing the news last week, Victoria Kennedy, Editor of Lorraine, said: “Next week the lovely Cat Deeley will take to the helm of Lorraine, providing viewers at home with much-needed Easter enjoyment.
“As a huge fan of SM:TV, I’m more than just a bit delighted.
“And of course we look forward to welcoming Ranvir back too. We’ve got a great line-up of Easter guests joining us.”
Meanwhile, in a statement Cat added:”Lorraine has kindly entrusted me with her show while she has a break over Easter.
“I’m so happy to be back at ITV for the coming week and looking forward to meeting some people I’ve wanted to interview for some time and also welcoming some old friends on air.”
Cat first shot to fame alongside Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.
Ant, Cat and Dec hosted SM:TV Live from 1998 – 2003.
Last year rumours of a full-blown reunion circled but so far only a SM:TV documentary has come into fruition.
In December The Story of SM:TV Live aired – giving a look back at the two decade old show.
