Hollyoaks favourite Martine Deveraux (Kellé Bryan) finds a lump on her breast in emotional scenes set to air next week.
Felix Westwood (Richard Blackwood) faces the wrath of Martine after she overhear him asking their daughter Celeste Faroe (Andrea Ali) for a favour, which would involve her in the dodgy business deal.
Later, Celeste sees the passion in Martine’s eyes when she’s shouting at Felix, and believes that Martine is still in love with her ex.
Martine prepares to tell Felix how she feels, but his girlfriend, Grace Black (Tamara Wall), interrupts her before she gets a chance.
Will Felix ever find out how she feels?
The village bad boy is torn between his feelings for Martine, and his feelings for Grace.
It’s Grace’s birthday, but Felix ditches the celebrations to see Martine, and once he confronts her, she tells him the truth, and they passionately kiss, but during the moment, they discover a lump on Martine’s chest.
Viewers will follow Martine and Grace in a special episode of the Channel 4 soap as they both have their hospital appointments today, to see if the lumps they both found on their breasts are cancerous.
They also both have their interviews for the Businesswoman of the Year Award.
Whilst the day goes off without a hitch for Grace, but Martine’s day goes very differently, resulting in her being turned away from the hospital by Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell), and her not getting the opportunity to see the doctor.
Felix wants to be there for Martine, and when he turns up to support her at the hospital, Grace gets the wrong end of the stick, and is glad her boyfriend showed up for her.
After hearing about what happened at the hospital yesterday, Celeste gives Peri a piece of her mind.
Peri is initially shocked, but after talking it over with Misbah Maalik (Harvey Virdi), she realises where she went wrong, and goes to find Martine in hope of convincing her to go to her rescheduled appointment.
Elsewhere, James Nightingale (Greg Finnegan) and Shaq Qureshi’s (Omar Malik) team up to trick Sami Maalik (Rishi Nair) into admitting his true feelings for Verity Hutchinson (Eve O’Hara) before its too late.
Sami asks for Diane Hutchinson’s (Alex Fletcher) help to find Verity. As he’s calling for a taxi to the airport, Sami finds Verity in the village after she forgot her passport. Can he convince her to stay?
Diane fears everything is contaminated after Sami pays her a visit, and she vows to sanitise everything he touched.
Later, Sami notices that Diane’s thrown out the flowers he gave her and teases Diane about all the cleaning she’s doing, but she blames it on her pregnancy hormones.
Later, she takes drastic measures to ensure her family is safe.
Also, Sly Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) is back to her old tricks when she spikes Summer Ranger’s (Rhiannon Clements) drink, making her pass out and giving Sienna time alone with Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward), but Sienna has no idea who she is messing with, and it looks like she has met her match.

The walls are closing in on Sienna after she poisoned Summer and when Liberty Savage (Jessamy Stoddart) finds out what happened, she decides it’s time to move out.
Later, Sienna is in for a shock when she tries to tell Brody the truth.
Things go from bad to worse for Sienna when Sally St.Claire (Annie Wallace) overhears what she did to Summer, and suspends her from school, but just when all hope is lost, Summer has a change of heart.
