When it comes to selecting a new home, it would seem Katie Price is certainly not afraid of splurging the cash.
According to recent reports the 42-year-old is willing to shell out a whopping £1 million if it means she can nab an ideal house for her and boyfriend Carl Woods.
The love birds are believed to be scouting out new areas with a “nine bedroom” mansion in mind as rumours swirl that the pair could be soon expanding their brood.
With no expense spared, it seems the reality star and her car salesman hunk are looking to go big when it comes to finding their chosen pad.
Katie left her home dubbed “Mucky Mansion” last year and has been renting accommodation ever since, with her former property undergoing renovation.

However, the pair were spotted hunting for houses yesterday and an insider has now confirmed to The Sun the couples exact plans for a new purchase.
The informant said: “Katie wants somewhere big enough for all of the kids to have their own bedrooms and for friends to stay – a house with nine bedrooms, or seven at the least.

“She needs paddocks outside for her horses, and is willing to splash out up to a million for a fresh start.
“She’s excited about starting the next chapter of her life with Carl.”
A rep also confirmed speculation to the same publication, verifying that Carl and Katie are seeking out their dream home together.

Last month, Katie and Carl sent the rumour mill into overdrive with a picture that seemed to allude that the glamour model could be expecting her sixth child.
Taking to Instagram while rubbing her stomach, she penned: “Happy and healthy it’s the best feeling ever I thank @carljwoods for being part of me x.”
Katie later appeared on an episode of Steph’s Packed Lunch and would neither confirm or deny speculation.
She said: “I’ve put on weight. Anyone can speculate what they like. Pictures can be deceiving in lots of different ways.”
Steph questioned whether Katie had purposely posted the image to spark that kind of public reaction.
Katie replied: “It was literally a picture, and everyone was saying you’re pregnant.
“I’m not saying I am and I’m not saying I’m not.”
