Comic James Buckley always watches TV whilst he is having a poo.
The former Inbetweeners star – famous for playing foul-mouthed Jay in the comedy series – likes to do a number two whilst watching his favourite shows on Netflix as it makes him feel like a “king”.
Although he enjoys some quality me time in the bathroom, James’s wife Clair finds his peculiar toilet habit incredibly annoying.
He said: “Sometimes it takes me a little while to have a poo so I’ve got into this habit of going to the guest bedroom toilet, because the television is on the wall and I can angle it and take a s**t with the door open and watch television.

“I tell you something you feel like a king when you’re watching Star Trek Next Generation on Netflix having a really long, leisurely poo.
“The other day I did not only leave the guest toilet door open but also the guest room door open, so the whole floor got a bit smelly.
“If anyone else had done that I would be furious with them, I’d be like, ‘That is so inconsiderate.’ ”

James accepts that in his relationship he is the annoying partner and he readily admits that he would not tolerate such disgusting behaviour from his wife.
He added: “What makes me one of the worst people on this planet, is that I’m a total hypocrite because I am annoyed really easily and people do bug the s**t out of me really easily and then on the other hand I am one of the most annoying people on the planet.”

Meanwhile, James has recently spoken out about missing working with his former Inbetweeners co-stars, as they stopped working together a decade ago.
Speaking in a Q&A with his wife Clair on the Stereo app, James said: “People say, ‘What do you miss about The Inbetweeners?’ I don’t miss making the show, but I do miss the boys loads because for a good chunk of my early adult life we were with each other all day every day.
“We would shoot together all day and then we would all be in the same hotel and we would eat together, we were each other all the time.
“Nowadays we hardly see each other, we talk to each other a lot on WhatsApp and email and stuff like that but we don’t live near each other and we’ve all got families and I do miss the boys a lot, I miss being with them so much.”
