Elizabeth Sobinoff was at the heart of the drama during season six’s edition of Married At First Sight Australia, with her husband Sam Ball sleeping with another bride in bombshell scenes.
Two years later, the influencer, 29, looks completely transformed, having dramatically changed her style since her MAFS days.
Now, Elizabeth has shown off her natural hair, filming herself in the hairdressers before investing in a new set of extensions.
While the reality star usually wears her hair long and wavy, in reality, her ‘do is cut into a choppy brunette bob.
Cutting off at her chin, Lizzie’s glamorous cropped hairdo was ironed straight in the video, as she smiled at the camera.
Later, once her extensions had been added, Lizzie showcased her makeover, with her brunette tresses tumbling down her chest in waves.
Thrilled with her new hair, she credited her stylist, telling fans: “Fresh hair thanks to @narahairco.”
Her glossy dark barnet is radically different from her ‘do on MAFS – back in 2019, Lizzie’s hair was dyed a shade of platinum blonde.
Lizzie similarly worked hair extensions on the show, giving her hair added volume.
Previously defending her decision to add extensions, Lizzie explained she suffers from a Lupus-like auto-immune disease, which can cause sensitivity to sunlight in her scalp.
She told 9 Honey: “Unfortunately the rash on my scalp and my ears is continuously photosensitivey. So the extensions do act like a hat in ways.”
Lizzie’s time on the show was difficult to watch, as her groom disappeared on their honeymoon.
Sam returned days later, but it was clear the pair were unhappy together, with Sam eventually striking up a romance with fellow contestant Ines Basic.
Having failed to find love in season six, Lizzie returned to MAFS the following year, where she was paired with former AFL player Sebastian Guilhaus.
Their marriage lasted throughout the series, but the pair eventually split, only to apparently rekindle their relationship earlier this year.
