Alison Hammond shows off impressive singing voice in unseen clip from BBC show

This Morning host Alison Hammond has showcased her impressive singing voice in an unseen clip ahead of her debut on BBC’s new talent show I Can See Your Voice.

The 46-year-old presenter belted out a rendition of Wilson Pickett’s Mustang Sally in the behind-the-scenes video.

She looked in her elements as she donned a glitzy black house, a feather jacket and a pair of dangly earrings as she gave her best version of the iconic track.

Alison styled her hair into a ponytail and completed her look with some glamorous makeup.

The former Big Brother contestant, who appeared in the Channel 4 show back in 2002, is set to appear on the new musical show which will see a panel of celebrities try to work out if the contestant standing in front of them can sing or not.

Alison will be a judge alongside comedian Jimmy Carr and Britain’s Got Talent star Amanda Holden and Paddy McGuinness will present the series.

Love Island beauty Maura Higgins will be the narrator of the show.

The show will follow a famous face from the music industry and two contestants try to suss out the good singers from the bad.

Alison, Jimmy and Amanda will try to help them out by offering some advice.

There are four rounds in total – the first is called first impressions, which is followed by a lip sync, then unlock my life and finally an interrogation.

At the end of each round they have to get rid of who the person they think are pretending to be singers.

The last “mystery singer” standing goes on to perform with the celebrity guest.

If the contestants get it right, they get their hands on a hefty cash prize of £10k.

But if they choose incorrectly, the fake singer goes home with the money instead.
