Joanna Lumley plans to bed Elvis Presley in the afterlife after lifelong crush

Joanna Lumley plans to bed Elvis Presley in the afterlife – and has already told his ex-wife Priscilla.

The Ab Fab star, 74, is hoping The King will sweep her off her feet and into Tutankhamen’s double bed.

Joanna said of her plans for eternity: “Elvis, he didn’t know it, but he was obviously waiting for me. I’ve talked to Priscilla about this.

“I said, ‘Do you know if he’d met me, your life would have been very different?’

“The world has been in love with Elvis, forever and ever and ever.”

“The thing is marriage is staggeringly difficult to accomplish.

“I can’t remember who said it to me – it might have been my mother – who said ‘don’t marry somebody you think you could be married to and you love them very much, marry somebody who you literally can’t live without’.”

Joanna said she would be brought back to life by sniffing a potion regarded as the ancient Egyptian key to life.
