It is not the first time the soap star has flaunted her curves for her army of fans.

The post comes days after she won praise for showing off her post-pregnancy body in an Instagram post which she said she nearly didn’t post because of her “fat rolls”.

Melissa penned: “I almost didn’t post this. Fat and rolls spilling over the top of the thick waistband of a pair of Robert’s pants, the dress clinging to it.

“I could probably sit and dissect this photo for ages. But I won’t. We’re so conditioned to pick out our flaws, and then just stop there.

“And it can be so hard to see past them once we’ve acknowledged them, and it just leaves us feeling so much less than.

“Capturing memories is a beautiful thing, but it’s important to remember that they’re nothing compared to the memory itself. I felt fierce that day, and no photo is going to make me feel otherwise”

Melissa won praise from her fans who thanked her for being so real in her post.

Reacting to the support Melissa posted another picture along with a message thanking everyone for their kind messages.

She wrote: “I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has commented, messaged me and whatnot about my post the other day. I’ve had so many people opening up to me about confidence and body image, from women, men and non-binary people, parents and childfree folk, and teens through to grandparents.

“It’s humbling to hear how much you appreciate my honesty and reality, and it’s enlightening to see how many of us feel the same at times.”
