Paris Hilton debunks infamous viral snap of her 'stop being poor' T-shirt

Paris Hilton posted a video message on TikTok to clear her name after she was accused of wearing an offensive shirt in an image that went viral.

The great-granddaughter to the founder of Hilton hotels became victim to a doctored image after someone changed the writing on a white top she wore to launch her sister, Nicky Hilton’s, clothing line in Las Vegas in 2005.

The vest was recently turned into a viral meme after someone photoshopped the top to say “Stop Being Poor.”

Although the 40-year-old seemed mildly amused that thousands had believed the image was real, the media personality posted the TikTok to right some wrongs.

The star revealed the real image of the shirt that read ‘Stop being desperate’.
