Amanda Holden was the butt of Alan Carr’s cheeky jokes on his hilarious celebrity edition on Epic Gameshow Saturday night, which saw the presenter tease her revealing outfits.
The entertainment show saw Shane Ritchie, Vick Hope, Richard Blackwood and Gabby Logan taking part in a bid to win some cash for their chosen charities.
But as comedian Alan introduced the group, he couldn’t resist making a light jibe about fellow presenter and Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda.
“Evening guys!” he began. “Yes the tightest outfits seen on TV since…
“Well… pretty much anything Amanda Holden’s ever worn.”
Laughing at his own cheekiness, Alan then moved swiftly on to introduce the show’s latest celebrity guests.
Taking to Twitter, one fan was unimpressed with the presenter’s lighthearted joke.
“Okay so Alan, I love you.. but please don’t slag off my bestie @AmandaHolden k? cool #epicgameshow,” they ordered next to a clapping emoji.
The show was a hilarious throwback to a fan-favourite game show from the 90s – Name That Tune, but unfortunately, former EastEnders actor Richard was knocked out first.
Shane was next out and after a head to head between Gabby and Vick, the latter was victorious.
Singer Sophie Ellis Bextor also made a surprise appearance on the programme – singing and playing the piano to assist with the guessing.
But after she delivered a rendition of Celine Dion classic My Heart Will Go On, some fans weren’t so impressed with her vocals.
“Wow bextor crucifying that titanic song #EpicGameshow,” one fan wrote awkwardly.
Another posted: “Christ Sophie murdered that. #EpicGameshow.”
“Celine Dion’s heart just sank like the Titanic #NameThatTune #EpicGameshow,” a third commented.
While a fourth noted: “#EpicGameshow Eyes Sophie needs to go home.”
“Sophie could sing the phone book #EpicGameshow,” a fifth insisted.
Alan Carr’s Epic Gameshow continues Saturdays at 7.30pm on ITV.
